Important dates to remember:
- Deadline to place order for all meals: July 17, 2023 (no changes or refunds can be accepted after this date)
- All rooms should be booked by July 7, 2023. After that, the rooms will be released and the conference rate can no longer be guaranteed.

Attendance at the CSVHFS Conference includes one year of membership to the Central States VHF Society, unless you are already or plan to become a life member.
